Catalog Pricing:

Catalog prices are subject to change without notice. Natural disasters, worldwide economic conditions including, but not limited to, foreign governments altering their tax or monetary policies, the cost of raw materials rising or other economic conditions could result in unforeseen price increases. In such an event, we will keep prices updated on our website at www.innovation-line.com and with all industries search databases. (i.e., ESP, SAGE, Impact, etc.)

Pre-Production Samples:

$15 (G), plus setup charges, cost of the item, and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. If any changes are made to the original artwork after receipt of the pre-production sample, then additional set-up charges will also be added to the invoice. Add 2-3 days to production time

Speculative Samples:

$25 (G), plus cost of the item, set-up charges and any additional running charges and freight charges. Production Time: 3-5 working days.

Virtual Spec Samples:

no charge, but contact factory for details and production time.

Samples:

You can email your sample request to samples@innovation-line.com. Samples will be memo billed at EQP price plus freight. Samples can be returned in the condition they were received for credit of item only within 30 days of receipt. Please call customer service for return authorization code.

Less Than Minimum Charge:

$30.00 (G) plus fi rst column price.

Cancellation Charge:

$32.00 (G), plus all production charges for work performed up to that date.

Self-Promos:

Use end quantity standard service price less 20% and setup charge of $25 (G) per color.

Blank Merchandise:

End quantity standard service price. Goods will ship within 3-5 days. Must meet catalog minimums. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returned blank merchandise.

Insurance and Handling Charge:

$2.50 (Z) per carton will be added to the invoice. All prices shown in the catalog are FOB Los Angeles, CA. Freight, Insurance and handling charges per carton will be added to the invoice.

Drop Shipments:

A $7.00 (Z) for domestic destinations, $10.00 (Z) for international destinations, for EACH location after the first, will apply, in addition to the freight/ handling charges.

Third Party Billing:

There is a $2.50 (Z) charge per carton for 3rd party billing shipments. If the billing charges are refused or confused, the carrier bills back the charges to Factory’s account. In this case, Factory will invoice the distributor for the shipping charges plus a $25 (G) service charge. If factory mistakenly fails to use the 3rd party account provided, distributor must still pay the freight charge. We are not responsible for insurance on these shipments.

Shipping Weights and Freight Estimates:

Weights shown in the catalog are only estimates. Shipping weights may vary and the factory cannot be held responsible.

Returns and Claims:

Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to factory error will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a prior verbal return authorization from the factory and a written “authorization form” which will be sent to you and must be enclosed in the master carton. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is not authorized to be returned to factory.

Warranty:

All products are warranted for one year from purchase against defects in material and workmanship when they are used as intended. We will repair or replace any warranted products. Certain products are made of natural materials or are hand made, and will vary slightly from item to item.
