CLOCK DIAL OPTIONS

  • All of our clock dials begin with plain white stock. You can choose any of the clock dial options shown below or create your own dial artwork. A one-color imprint on a blank white dial is included in the price of each clock. If the logo color is the same color as the clock dial numbers, no additional running charge will be incurred. Each additional color is charged at the applicable price shown in the pricing tables. Please indicate on your order the clock dial style, color of dial numbers and background color.
    • Stock clock dials

    INVOICING AND TERMS

  • OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: We reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered and to invoice accordingly.

  • PAYMENT TERMS: Our standard open account terms are NET 30 days, from the date that the order has shipped.

  • PRE-PAYMENTS: We accept VISA or MasterCard for order payment with distributor approval.

    • RANDOM, SPEC, & PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

  • RANDOM SAMPLES are readily available on most items in the catalog, the exception being embedments and custom items. We will invoice these products at end column pricing. No returns of random samples.

  • SPEC SAMPLES are invoiced for the cost of the individual item, the cost of the set-up charge and any additional running charge, the freight costs and a “Spec Sample Charge” of $25.00 (G) (excluding embedments and custom items). Spec samples must ship via minimum 2-Day Air service.

  • PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES are invoiced at the cost of the item, cost of any additional color per unit running charges, the freight costs, and a “Pre-Pro Sample Charge” of $15.00 (G). If changes are made to the original artwork after receipt of the pre-production sample, then additional set-up charges will also be added to the invoice.

    • RETURNS

  • Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to Innovation Specialties error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost, only if returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • No returns will be accepted without a prior verbal return authorization from the factory, and a written “authorization form” which will be sent to you and must be enclosed in the master carton. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is not authorized to be returned to Innovation Specialties.

    • RUSH CHARGES

  • Rush service availability is subject to the approval of the customer support department, and depends on order quantity, number of imprint colors and season. If a rush request is confirmed, the following charges apply: – Up to 3 days faster than published production time - Add 10% to your total order amount. – 4 days faster - add 20% to your total order amount. – 5 days faster - add 30% to your total order amount.
