RUSH CHARGES

  • Rush service availability is subject to the approval of the customer support department, and depends on order quantity, number of imprint colors and season. If a rush request is confirmed, the following charges apply: – Up to 3 days faster than published production time - Add 10% to your total order amount. – 4 days faster - add 20% to your total order amount. – 5 days faster - add 30% to your total order amount.

    • FAX PROOFS

  • A fax proof layout showing logo/text positioning can be provided for your order for a cost of $12.50 (Z). This will also add a minimum of three days to the quoted production time, provided a fax approval is returned within 24 hours of receipt.

    • WARRANTY

  • All products carry a one year from purchase limited repair or replacement warranty against defects in material and workmanship when they are used as intended. Certain products in the line are of natural materials or are hand made, and will vary slightly from item to item. Batteries are included with all electronic items. All prices are subject to change without notice.

    • COPYRIGHT NOTICE

  • Any artwork or material submitted by the customer will be accepted by the factory as being in complete compliance with all laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such information, represents that use by the factory will not violate any laws, and Innovation Specialties disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in using the customer’s artwork or material. The customer agrees to hold the factory harmless from any damages, costs and/or expenses should they arise as a consequence of the factory’s use of said artwork, copy and other materials.

  • All artwork, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed in this catalog are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of the decorated products available from our line of products. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark.
